A Second Class Operating Mechanism Participated by Multiple Stakeholders: From the Perspective of Game Analysis

Abstract

With efforts associated with the Second Class targeting broader realms and higher levels, developing a Second Class operating mechanism participated by multiple stakeholders has become a must for quality improvement in talent fostering. With the aid of Shapley value method in the cooperative game theory, this paper will analyze the game among multiple Second Class stakeholders with different interest demands who are moving from competition to cooperation, so as to provide a strong basis for the development of a Second Class operating mechanism participated by multiple collaborative stakeholders.
