Abstract

Symbiosis system theory is an innovative research framework formed by the organic integration of symbiosis theory and system theory in humanities and social sciences. Seen from the traditional semantic background of the Silk Road, the geographical advantage of S Province in the national strategic construction of the Silk Road fails to fully exhibit unique regional symbols, humanities and economic charm. Regarding the overall cognition and vision development of the Silk Road, S Province has always been deeply concerned about history and reality, especially since the proposal of eight provincial-level development strategies. In export-oriented economic development and construction of a strong maritime province, S Province must start from the perspective of symbiosis system, reconsider the transformation of old and new paradigms in local economy and regional development, thus solving the problem of “border exclusion”. From rigid integration into the Silk Road to soft infiltration, it should obscure the concept of boundaries in the geographical sense, and master the new local economic discourse power in the fields of finance, infrastructure, trade, new materials to achieve common prosperity, co-existence and systematic development of the economies along the Silk Road.
