Abstract

To solve the dilemma in transition or lagging maintenance of multimedia projectors in colleges and universities, the survey summarizes the types of projector failures in colleges and universities, observes the changes in illuminance value, input active power, and input resistance of the projector before and after soot cleaning and bulb replacement bycomparative experiments. Quantitative analysis is made on input electrical parameters and hours of use ofHiteVision HT-B60 and Hitachi NEC-360x projectors. The paper innovatively proposes threshold method to judge the working status of the projector bulb and optical path, introduces clustering method to judge the whole machine aging degree, establishes a modbus sensor network to achieve data collection and status judgment of the projector. The diagnosis strategies proposed herein are simple in operation and strong in operability, which promotes fine management of multimedia equipment.
