Abstract

Resonance frequency and impedance are important parameters of ultrasonic transducers for vibrating screens. Only when the output of the driving power supply matches the frequency characteristics of the transducer, can the transducer have the best electromechanical conversion efficiency and the minimum heat generation can be guaranteed. The frequency characteristic of multiple resonance points is an important feature of multiple piezoelectric ceramic transducers in parallel. The sine wave signal is used to scan the transducer within a certain bandwidth, and then the extreme value cycle search method is used to detect the resonance point voltage value of the transducer, and then analyze and calculate the multi-resonant frequency and impedance of the transducer. Compared with the traditional measurement method, this method has the characteristics of measuring bandwidth completely covering the multi-resonant point distribution of the transducer and high measuring accuracy, which has guiding significance for the best matching design and application of the transducer and the power supply.
