Design of Human Body 3D Simulation System Based on Intelligent Clothing Fabric Style

Abstract

To realize the transformation development needs of the clothing style design industry, including intelligenization,datamation, and informatization, discuss the application of 3Dhuman body scanning technology in the modern garment design and development, provide thinking direction for the design mode of new fashion style, and form a new trend of clothing style design driven by 3D human body scanning data, in this paper, a 3Dnon-contact coordinate measuring system for clothing fabric was established, which is composed of fabric platform, sensor, and microcomputer, and then the working principle and data pretreatment process of the system were described in detail, thus realizing “zerocontact force measurement”.On this basis, the application and value of the mannequin data obtained based on 3D human body scanning technology in clothing style design were discussed. The 3D human body scanning technology can be used to acquire rich and accurate 3D human body model data quickly, and the data can be integrated into the garment design and performance system according to the design requirements, so as to make the garment design field develop in the direction of intelligenization,datamation, and informatization.
