Abstract

Introducing the concept of “coupling” in physics, the paper follows the research path of “mechanism analysis—model construction—suggestion proposal”, attempts to explore not only the state quo of the comprehensive developmental levels of the cultural industry internationalization and the language service industry but also the type, degree and dynamic change process of coupling coordination between the two systems in China. Based on statistics from 2012 to 2018, it is found that the coupling degree between the cultural industry internationalization and the language service industry has been volatile and staged, and presently their coupling coordination is still at primary level. There are many factors responsible for the active interaction and integration between the two industries, such as the government policies, the outward foreign direct investment, the industrial talents and the technology innovation, etc. Finally, suggestions are proposed to promote the sustainable development of both industries and their integration. First, optimizing resources allocation and building an interactive cooperation mechanism between two industries; second, establishing innovative systems and mechanism to help create an industry-coupling development environment; third, strengthening scientific and technological innovation and promoting differentiation of cultural products and language services.
