Abstract

From the perspective of empowerment, we propose solutions to the problems in the design of barrier-free services for the disabled.Methods Bring the concept of empowerment into the barrier-free business, combine design and sociology, summarize the pain points and blind spots in the design of barrier-free services, construct a model of barrier-free service design, and propose service design strategies from the perspective of empowerment.From establishing a healing service centered on social organizations, building a barrier-free integrated service platform to provide personalized services, and improving the barrier-free design of indoor public spaces, a service design model is jointly constructed.By analyzing the defects of the current barrier-free service design system, integrating empowerment concepts to build a barrier-free service design system, effectively tapping the potential of disabled groups, using the Internet and big data to promote the diversification of service directions, and the intelligent development of service platforms.Cooperate with all members of society to help disabled groups and create a more harmonious and friendly social environment.
