Research on the Influence of Interaction Design Factors on Consumers based on AHP

Abstract

With the advent of the Industry 4.0 era, people have a more bottomless demand for the user experience of smart phone products, and the need for mobile phones has also been transformed from the original call function into a spiritual pursuit. When consumers buy mobile phone products, it depends more on whether the mobile phone product can bring people a better emotional experience, and most of this experience decision-making depends on the human-computer interaction process of the mobile phone product. This research mainly studies interactive experience factors when consumers use mobile phones. In this study, consumers will experience a questionnaire during the use of mobile phones and extract essential vocabulary on this basis. On this basis, the critical language is simplified, and then the designer defines the characteristics of the elements. On the basis of this, AHP is used to summarize the interactive design elements to get the ranking, which is used to determine which factors of the interactive design attract consumers when the mobile phone is used. After the analysis and comparison of the Fang AHP method, the calculation results found that the user experience is the part with a higher weight when consumers use mobile phones. Besides, empathy factors will also stimulate consumers’ desire to buy mobile phones. This research uses a smart phone interactive design example to verify the feasibility of combining AHP with design principles and methods and evaluate the design effectiveness of the design results. However, this study first uses the technique of collecting questionnaires to obtain keywords and then simplifies it. After AHP graded research and analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: mobile phone interaction design includes empathy, usage scenarios, and user experience factors that have a particular impact on consumers. In the future, it is hoped that this research can provide reference value and significance for mobile phone developers and designers, and provide a reference value for their development.
